The ECC Committee is a group of individuals committed to supporting ECC.  In general, the Committee is advisory with the responsibility of assisting both the ECC Permanent Staff and the Episcopal Diocese of Rhode Island in matters concerning ECC.  The Committee meets four or more times a year to accomplish these tasks to make the Conference Center a viable and financially sound part of the Diocese.  February, May, August and October are the usual set meetings, but the Committee can be called any time for urgent business etc.  In 2005, the Committee finalized documentation of Committee Bylaws.  These Bylaws can be found on this site for those who would like further detail.

Also released in 2005 and now available on this page is the Task Force report.  The Task Force was organized by the Bishop with the goal of identifying ways to maximize ECC’s operations.  The report is quite thorough and will influence both ECC and the ECC Committee for years to come.
