Stay Overnight!

Overnight packages available for gala attendees! Registration will open when tickets are available for purchase in mid-January.

Gala attendees are invited to pre-register for an overnight package to extend your stay to enjoy an authentic camp experience!

After the band packs their gear, the dance floor is taken away, and the daytime event guests depart, check-in to ECC’s cabin or wing accommodations. Trade your cocktail attire for an ECC sweatshirt and enjoy the remainder of the evening with s’mores and cocoa, song, and compline around the fire in green chairs at the barn.

Enjoy a traditional wake-up bell the next morning followed by brunch in the dining hall. Guests may checkout at any time but are asked to depart by 1pm.

Costs: All overnight packages include post-event campfire with s'mores and cocoa and late night Compline in the Barn and brunch the next morning.

  • Randomly assigned shared cabin: $90 per person

    • Please bring your own pillow and sleeping bag.

  • Private or privately arranged cabin: $110 per person

    • Please bring your own pillow and sleeping bag.

  • Shared wing room: $130 per person

    • Includes sheets, a pillow, and blankets.

  • Private wing room: $150 per person

    • Includes sheets, a pillow, and blankets.

Alcohol will be served at the Gala. All fun after the Gala will be good old fashioned camp fun - fueled by friendship, memories, and the stars above the ballfield. Please do not bring your own alcohol.
