Tiered Pricing Model
ECC uses a three-tier pricing structure to help make summer camp as accessible to all, while providing families an opportunity to further support and help this ministry thrive. We ask that you consider which registration level is appropriate for your financial capabilities. Rates for each tier are adjusted depending on the length and nature of each camp session.
Tier 1: Reflects last summer's cost for a camp session at ECC. It covers the cost of food, supplies and basic camp expenses.
Tier 2: Reflects the above, plus the cost of programming and summer staff.
Tier 3: Reflects all the above, plus the additional costs of the camp experience, including facilities, administration, utilities and insurance.
Scholarship
The Diocese of Rhode Island is committed to making the ECC experience available to all individuals, allowing ECC to offer need-based scholarships. If you are in need of assistance, please ask without hesitation.
To apply for scholarship, please follow these steps:
When prompted, complete the scholarship application during the registration process.
When completing your registration, choose Tier 1.
At checkout, choose the Scholarship Payment plan to only pay the deposit.
You will receive a link to the Scholarship Form with your Registration Confirmation. Please complete and return that form to ECC.
Once your application is approved, you will be notified by email. Should you require scholarship beyond what has been offered, or have any questions, please email Sara.
