Tiered Pricing Model
Confident of God's abundance and that of our supporters, ECC uses three-tier pricing structure to make camp as affordable as possible to all that would like to attend. Following the gospel value of Jesus' unconditional love, it is our intent that no one be excluded from attending ECC. Authentic connections are made at ECC to God, one another, and ourselves that transform lives and we trust that together we can share the benefits of this camp experience with many.
The three-tier pricing structure provides an opportunity for members of our community to help continue to support this program and help this ministry to thrive. We ask that you prayerfully consider which registration level is appropriate for your financial capabilities. Please know that all campers at ECC will receive the same quality of care and camp experience regardless of which tier is chosen, and each family's cost for camp remains confidential. Rates for each tier are adjusted depending on the length and nature of each camp session.
Tier I: Reflects last summer's cost for a camp session at ECC ($375 for a five night session). For many years this cost of camp has been highly subsidized to make camp as affordable as possible. It covers the cost of food and basic camp expenses.
Tier II: Reflects the direct cost of one week of camp: program, food, summer staff, and administration. ($425 for a five night session)
Tier III: Reflects additional costs affiliated with the camp experience, including facilities, utilities and insurance. ($475 for a five night session)
The Diocese of RI strives to make the ECC experience available to anyone who wants to be a part of our community, and we are blessed to receive help to make need-based scholarships possible. If you are in need of financial assistance please ask without hesitation and we will be happy to work with you.
If you belong to an Episcopal Church in Rhode Island, we will provide you with a form to take to your parish priest asking for financial help from the parish. We ask the parishes to help with 1/3 of the cost of camp. ECC then covers 1/3, and we ask the family to cover the remaining 1/3.
If you do not belong to a parish, ECC will work with your family to establish the amount of scholarship needed to make camp possible for your family. We are able to provide scholarship for up to two weeks of camp per camper. To apply for scholarship, please follow these steps:
Fill out the Scholarship Application when prompted during the registration process.
When completing your camp registration, choose Tier I.
At checkout, choose "other pricing options", then choose "Additional Pricing Options", then choose the Scholarship Payment plan to only pay the $75 deposit.
After completing your registration, we will be in touch with the next part of the scholarship process.
