PAYMENT INFORMATION:
UltraCamp, our registration and donation platform, recently updated their system, and all saved payment information (credit card and bank account information) was removed from user accounts. You can update your payment information in one of two ways:
Option 1: Enter payment information during registration on Wednesday. You will need to have your credit card or bank account information in order to complete the registration.
Option 2: Update payment information ahead of time by logging in to your UltraCamp account and following these steps:
• Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select “My Account”
• Click “Finances”
• Choose “Payment Accounts”
• Select “Manage Payment Accounts”
• Enter your credit card or bank information
***IMPORTANT: You must check both boxes (see image below) to ensure your information is saved correctly***
PAYING FOR CAMP:
ECC offers extended payment plans that allow for monthly payments through December 2026. As always, need-based scholarship is available. Scholarship requests and payment plan options are accessed through the online registration process.
REQUIRED FORMS:
You may fill out some required forms before registration opens. To do so, log in to your UltraCamp account, click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines), and go to the Document Center
For Family Camp:
• Choose the document you’d like to complete
• Click save when finished
• Repeat for all required forms
For all other camps:
• Choose the form you’d like to complete, then select the camper’s name
• Click save when finished
• Repeat for each required form
This step is optional, you are not required to fill out forms ahead of time!
We also suggest making sure all contact information is correct, including address, phone and email.
